Use a dial gauge or feeler gauge to check
(1) Self flatness of upper needle plate: standard ≤ 0.05mm
(2) Upper needle disk roundness: standard ≤ 0.05mm
(3) Lower syringe roundness: standard ≤ 0.05mm
(4) Self flatness of lower syringe: standard ≤ 0.05mm
(5) Levelness of upper needle plate and lower needle cylinder: standard ≤ 0.05mm
(6) The roundness of the upper needle disk and lower needle cylinder is standard ≤ 0.05mm
(7) The gap between the upper disc triangle and the syringe is 0.15mm-0.20mm
(8) The gap between the lower triangle and the syringe is 0.15mm-0.20mm

(6) The same roundness of the upper and lower needle disks is standard ≤ 0.05mm. (7) The gap between the triangle of the upper disk and the needle cylinder is 0.15mm-0.20mm. (8) The gap between the triangle of the lower circle and the needle cylinder is 0.15mm-0.20mm
