Pulling and coiling mechanism of knitting round machine

The function of the winding mechanism is to pull the knitted fabric woven by the large circular knitting machine out of the weaving area and roll (or fold) it into a certain packaging form. The pulling and coiling mechanism includes expansion frame (support frame), transmission arm (wall panel), adjusting gearbox and other components. Its characteristics are as follows:

1. There is an induction switch under the large plate, which sends a signal when the transmission arm equipped with cylindrical nails passes through, to measure the roll data and the rotation speed of the large circular machine, thereby ensuring the uniformity of the weight of the lower cloth (falling cloth).

2. The speed of fabric rolling is controlled by a gearbox, with 120 or 176 gears, which can accurately adapt to the tension requirements of various colors and varieties of fabric rolling over a wide range.

3. On the control panel, the required number of revolutions per piece of fabric can be set. When the number of revolutions of the circular knitting machine reaches the set value, it will automatically stop, thereby controlling the weight deviation of each piece of knitted fabric within 0.5 kilograms.
