When this situation occurs with the double-sided machine, it is necessary to carefully check the needle pressing condition of the needle reel and make slight adjustments. Oil needle: If the needle grooves A and B are clogged with oil droplets (such as when the machine has been in operation for a long time), when the oil volume increases, it will cause the oil droplets to be soaked in oil, which is difficult to dry in a short time. In addition, the needle moves back and forth and is repeatedly soaked in oil, thus forming an oil needle.
