As the core supporting equipment of the big round knitting machine, the spray fuel dispenser’s fuel adjustment directly affects the weaving efficiency and fabric quality. Based on industry practical experience, the following is a summary of common debugging methods and technical points for reference and exchange among industry technicians.
1、 Specification for Oil Quantity Debugging under Normal Operating Conditions
1. Basic pressure standard debugging (1.5 kg air pressure): Adjust the pressure regulating valve accurately to the pressure gauge display of 1.5 kg. At this time, tighten the oil regulating screw to the maximum stroke, ensuring that the oil pipe inside the oil mirror drips oil evenly and stabilizes at 30 drops per minute; At the same time, check the 16 oil nozzles on the oil distribution pan, and ensure that the fuel injection amount of each nozzle is completely consistent, without any deviation or deviation.
2. Maximum looseness verification (1.5 kg air pressure): Maintain a constant pressure of 1.5 kg, tighten the oil adjusting screw to the looser position, stop dripping oil from the oil pipe inside the oil mirror, and ensure that the connection of the oil adjusting screw is well sealed and free of air leakage; The oil nozzle of the oil distribution pan is only allowed to spray air, and it is strictly prohibited to have fuel leakage to ensure the reliability of the oil circuit closure.
3. High pressure condition debugging (1.5-2.5 kg air pressure): Adjust the pressure regulating valve to the 1.5-2.5 kg air pressure range, tighten the oil regulating screw, and the oil pipe inside the oil mirror should present a continuous and uniform oil flow state without interruption or pulse oil supply problems; The fuel injection intensity of the oil distribution pan nozzle should increase synchronously with the increase of air pressure, and the injection angle should be stable, with a coverage range that meets the lubrication requirements of the equipment.
2、 Key points of debugging core technology
-Linkage control of air pressure and oil quantity: Before debugging, it is necessary to confirm that the air source pressure is stable to avoid distortion in oil quantity detection caused by air pressure fluctuations. It is recommended to install a stabilizing device after the pressure regulating valve to ensure that the air pressure deviation does not exceed ± 0.1 kg during the debugging process.
-Sealing performance verification: During the entire process of adjusting the oil adjusting screw, the condition of the sealing components should be checked. If there is air leakage or oil seepage, the sealing ring should be replaced in a timely manner to prevent air pressure loss from affecting the accuracy of oil adjustment.
-Uniformity calibration: The oil nozzles of the oil distribution tray need to be checked one by one. The oil injection amount of each nozzle can be tested by paper adsorption. The nozzles with large deviations can be unblocked or replaced to ensure balanced oil supply at various lubrication points of the knitting machine.
