How to deal with needle holes in the fabric produced by the circular knitting machine

Measures for repairing fabric needle leakage in the production of large circular knitting machines
1. Replace the broken needle to treat the leaking straight needle
2. Adjust the distance, height, and position between the yarn nozzle and the knitting needle.
3. Adjust the tension of the wire
4. Adjust the tension.
8. The firing pin and firing pin are broken. Please check if the probe is broken and if the firing pin has come off.

If the triangle of the weaving needle is sponge like, or the needle groove is too dirty, or the needle block or iron impurities are too bad.
