Common methods and techniques for adjusting fuel volume of spray type fuel dispenser
1： Normal oil testing situation:
1: Adjust the pressure regulating valve to the pressure gauge: When the pressure is 1.5 kilograms and the oil adjusting screw is tightened to its maximum, the oil pipe inside the oil mirror will drip oil at a rate of 30 drops per minute, and the oil will drip evenly. The 16 oil nozzles on the oil distribution pan will spray the same amount of oil.
2: When the pressure regulating valve is adjusted to 1.5 kilograms of air pressure and the oil adjusting screw is set to the looser position, the oil pipe inside the oil mirror does not drip oil, the oil adjusting screw cannot leak air, and the fuel injector nozzle on the oil distribution pan only sprays air and cannot spray oil,
3: When the pressure regulating valve is adjusted to a pressure between 1.5 kg and 2.5 kg, and the oil adjusting screw is tightened to the fullest, the oil pipe inside the oil mirror should flow oil evenly, and the fuel injector on the oil distribution plate will spray more strongly.
